SC receives reference for reopening ZAB case

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Saturday Received a reference from the President of Pakistan under article 186 of the Constitution for Revisiting the case of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Reported as PLD 1979 SC pages 38-53, said a press release on Saturday.

The reference has Been Filed through the Ministry of Law, Government of Pakistan, Which has Been Registered in the Supreme Court as the Reference 1.2011.

The reference is being put up before the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
